––– currently, I do not offer any running yoga classes or retreats –––
yet, my path with yoga & ayurveda has & continues to be deeply influencing my astrological work, perspectives and philosophy, hence I leave this page here for all those who are interested

When I found yoga, it actually felt more like yoga found me.
What started as a physical practice quickly became my life & my spiritual path.
Still, more than a decade later,
I am continuously aspiring to stay and walk on this path.
Recommitting my devotion and dedication to it almost daily.

Yoga is bringing us deeply in touch with our self, all of ourself-

our physical body and fluctuating emotions, our idiosyncratic and sometimes meandering mind, as well as with the pure being within us, our soul; that greater, deeper part of us; and through that ultimately also with unconditioned Be-ingness, the clear untouched awareness that underlies and yet is also beyond all form

- and thus, yoga is connecting, unifying us with all of life.
Yoga guides us home.

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self”
— Bhagavad Gita

Ayurveda

The physical body.
The vessel of the soul; the one that carries and houses us every single day.
What is this animal body and how does it relate to the rest of the material world?
- to food and rain, to wind and earth, to touch and to sunlight?
How can we harmonize it with the outer forces of life?
How can one find balance with & within it?
How can it heal?
What supports it? What disturbs it?

Ever inquisitive about health - usually born out of necessity - about anything that supports me in feeling as clear, strong and anchored in this physical body of mine as possible, while also understanding it’s underlying energetic systems, led me to study Ayurveda.

These questions still accompany me everyday.
How the the elements and the bio-enegertic forces of life, the ‘doshas’
~ vata pitta kapha ~
flow, clash & interact with each other, it is an endless, continual teaching.

These questions and their potential answers are incorporated into, and influencing my understanding of, my work with yoga & with astrology.
Ayurveda teaches us that no body is equal to the next, there is no one size fits all.
Every body needs whatever it needs.
That is the greatest teaching.
Ayurveda is merely holding our hand while we learn to listen
to nature, and to the infinite wisdom of our own bodies.
